Terms of Service

By accessing or using PracticePay ("the Service"), operated by Xandar Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

PracticePay is a professional billing and invoicing platform intended for service providers, practitioners, and consultants. You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not share your account with unauthorized parties
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service

2. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at customersupport@xandarlabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all invoice data, client records, and business information you upload or create using PracticePay. By using the Service, you grant Xandar Labs a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.

4. Payments and Credits

Certain premium features (custom invoice templates, sample downloads) require the purchase of credits. All purchases are processed securely by Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase and subject to change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use PracticePay to:

• Create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

The PracticePay platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Xandar Labs. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

PracticePay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Xandar Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PracticePay after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
